We are excited to announce the launch of our first low-cost virtual adult therapy service called @Therapies. Each individual can access a free initial session with an experienced trainee therapist to determine the most suitable therapy option (PCT, CBT or Wellbeing Coaching ).
Within wellbeing and therapeutic services we offer a range of support including:

Children's virtual wellbeing coaching
Sessions are delivered online.
Our Children and Young People Virtual Coaching service is free for any child or young person living in Lancashire, between the ages of 10-18.

Baby Loss & Miscarriage Service
Together After Loss, supports residents of Blackburn with Darwen and is funded by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
This service offers the following support:
Free 1-to-1 Therapy Sessions: Available for individuals directly affected by baby loss or miscarriage within the past two years. These sessions provide personalised support from a qualified therapist. We will be offering either online or face to face therapy within the local area.
Peer Support Groups: Designed to create a safe, compassionate space, these groups allow individuals to connect, share understanding, and support one another in their journey through grief. These groups will be open to those impacted by this subject.
Supported Self-Help
Supported Self-Help is a free initiative that offers a one-to-one guided self-help service, (it is not a counselling service). However, practitioners do use counselling based skills in their support. It incorporates some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) style tools alongside other kinds of support.
