Resilient Minds: equipping schools to build resilience and wellbeing in young people.

At Lancashire Mind, we believe that every child deserves the tools to develop resilience, self-esteem, and positive mental health habits. That’s why we’re proud to introduce Resilient Minds – a new project designed to support primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges across Lancashire and South Cumbria in implementing a whole-school approach to mental wellbeing.

Funded to support children and young people aged 5-18 (and up to 25 based on need), Resilient Minds will provide resources, training, and interventions to help schools create a culture of positive mental health, equipping students with essential life skills to prevent long-term harm and improve wellbeing.

Resilient Minds is a commissioned project funded by Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and delivered by Lancashire Mind.
