Lived Experience Panel

We want people’s lived experience to be at the centre of designing, shaping and improving our services.
At Lancashire Mind, we believe that those with lived experience of mental health are key to driving real and meaningful change.
Lived Experience Panel: for anyone 18+ who lives or works in Lancashire.
Our Lived Experience Panel brings together individuals who have firsthand knowledge of mental health challenges. By joining the panel, you’ll have the opportunity to share your unique experiences, offer valuable insights, and help shape projects that truly make a difference.
The Lived Experience Panel is a brilliant way to influence decisions that directly impact you, your community, and mental health services. We’re looking for passionate and bold individuals who are excited to collaborate with Lancashire Mind staff by using a coproduction approach. Your voice will play a vital role in the development of more representative and compassionate mental health services.
If you’re ready to be heard and work alongside others to create positive and lasting change, we’d love for you to join us.
We’re setting up a Lived Experience Panel and want you to help shape it! The purpose of the panel is to make sure that we’re involving a broad range of experiences and views in the development of Lancashire Mind.

We’re also interested in hearing from people who’d be happy for us to share their story on our website and social media channels. We want to gather a wide range of experiences to help us to raise awareness of mental health, to reduce stigma and make it easier for other people to talk about their own mental health.
