The self harm safe kit was co-created by Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) in 2023 as part of a regional pilot to support management of self-injury behaviour.
The kits are sold by the box (each box contains x30 kits).
The kit is a low cost purchasable resources to support professionals to have difficult conversations using an evaluated toolkit aimed at supporting individuals to manage their self-injury behaviour.

Description
The kit was co-created for professionals working with, or coming into contact with, young people and adults over the age of 13 years old to support them with conversations around self-injury. Beneficiaries cannot be charged for the kits. The contents of the kit cannot be changed or added to.
