Virtual wellbeing coaching
for children and young people
Our virtual wellbeing coaching service is free for young people aged 10-18. During this 6-week programme, you will work with one of our experienced Wellbeing Coaches to remove barriers to your wellbeing; together you will create a goal to work towards to improve your wellbeing and work on practical coping strategies you can use. If you are under 16, you must get consent from a parent/carer.
"You changed my daughter’s life, and I am so very grateful for what you did for our family. Faye* is thriving at 6th form although she can still get down and overwhelmed, she is so much stronger, and you have given her the tools she needed to help herself. "

"Thank you so much for the fantastic workshop you delivered to our young people. The young people were very reluctant to engage at first, but you and your team persevered and got them focused within minutes! You gave them a great understanding of not only what mental health is but how to deal with issues and how to find out more information. (Karen Howarth (Colne Youth Action Group)"
